Calling for a BAN on all Abdominal Machines

The facts are people that all abdominal machines are useless. Unlike Zumba which has great benefits for a great body and lifestyle, all these "machines" do nothing.

Unless you are a fat sedentary lifestyle person, you do have abs! You don't need a machine or hours of ab exercise to see them. Just get off your fat lazy arse and lose fat and they will appear! Save your money and get into Zumba or just exercise and lose fat!

On pure chicken analysis alone, NO....NOTHING!!!

At Roselands shopping centre, they do some good fried chicken but it is just a poor substitute.

I worked at KFC when I was young and am privy to 2 of the secret herbs and spices - salt and pepper.

Oportos is cool. Nandos is a ripoff - selling Quail size "chickens" in my opinion. The Portuguese Chicken Shop in Petersham (Sydney, Australia) across the road from the old Roller Rink is awesome!

BUT, KFC wins overall!
