Talking Pilates

Many people have asked me for my opinion on Pilates. Well I will be blunt. It looks like a load of crap to me. I've never seen a great body that's been built by Pilates. The stupid contraptions like the Pilates Chair and other weirdo machines, (which look better suited to S&M and B&D activities), are just plain retarded.
