Just a word of warning to all the Zumba fans out there.
The other night, my girlfriends & I went to a Zumba party, it was like, totally wild. The place was like, so going off.
But, after a few drinks, I started feeling dizzy. Someone had like, totally spiked my drink.
Before I knew it, I could no longer Zumba. I had no control of my body. All of a sudden, my body started pumping out a Macarena number, then to make matters worse, I felt myself doing Nutbush City Limits.
I felt so ashamed and degraded in front of my Zumba friends.
Don't worry Shazza. It takes years to master Zumba (unless you are a gifted athlete such as myself). Mixing alcohol with Zumba can be risky if you don't know what you are doing. Reverting to the Macarena or Nutbush is somewhat of a concern though. I don't know if there is any hope for you but go to a Zumba professional and get assessed properly. Good luck.

I can no longer go out in public and Zumba.
